Why is France a conflicting nation for the Occitans? Occitania is part of
France now, but back when the Occitan territories were independent it wasn't,
and there were actually wars between French and Occitans.

Took the libery of putting together another flag concept, again. A green leaf
on a dark green field. Based on an OCAL clipart by Ivan Alvarado. The less
complex design looks better when rendered to png, IMHO.

includes Occitan cities.

The French, Spanish, and German nations are fully based on modern-day
countries, while f.e. the Occitans, Catalans etc are mainly historical realms
and/or modern cultural-linguistic
