Indeed, it turned out to be more generous :D But it should work better now.
Version 0.5 underwent stricter test. Hope it's all OK now and sorry for the
mess. My determination to make Freeciv speak Polish is bigger than my
commandline skills

In the previous case, the bug was triggered by theme engine Murrine and

I'd agree with Jacob here that the current behavior is confusing -why is it
that some borders are permanently visible while others are ephemeral and will
disappear from the map when fogged? This behavior seems to be random.
