Follow-up Comment #1, patch #3079 (project freeciv): I'm not quite sure about this nation, the problem is a little bit similar to the one in patch #3069. While yes, there is a Polish minority in Lithuania, the relationships between the two countries are a bit heated and including this nations may be a bit controversial. And as a general principle, I'm not sure about making every single ethnic minority in every single country into a Freeciv nation, especially when the minority has an independent country of its own.
