Follow-up Comment #1, bug #21046 (project freeciv): JFTR, all magick/xxx formats don't exactly work as expected on my 64bits Windows 7 box (wrong colours, e.g., water tiles are green.) I have no ImageMagick, maybe the color.xml setup file or similar is required.
