Details:

After click on specielist icon in citizens' bar in top of city's dialog, icons
don't refresh. Icons in happiness tab refresh correctly.

My way to fix :

[Freeciv-Dev] FreeCiv at SFD

Hi,
my name is Damian Melniczuk and I'm president of AASOC - student 
organization which main purpose is to promote FLOSS. We are organizing 
celebration of SFD in Wroclaw in Poland. I think, it will be good idea 
to promote FreeCiv at this event. So, we are looking for developer or 
user who could actively participate at SFD in Wroclaw which will be 
celebrated at 3rd October. Maybe You can point at someone in Poland who 
might be interested?
