Details:

When the turn is changed, strange things could happen.  If you city
grow/shrink linked with your production, you can accumulate more production,
food and eco.  If you bought something, you are not sure it will be built if
you get a tech that upgrade this unit/building.  It's not logical at all, it
would need a full redesign.
