Note also that isophex's water.png was changed from indexed colors to RGB. I
don't know if this is relevant or not in recent Freeciv versions.

Added deep ocean sprites for three tilesets and modified the tilespec files.

It is working for isotrident and isophex, but not for hex2t for some reason.

Details:

isotrident, hex2t and isophex are all lacking deep ocean and lake graphics.
they use the default ocean instead adding possible confusion over apparently
odd behaviors of ships and the output of the tiles.
