Details:

Loose end from patch #3021: the name magickwand for the toolkit is a bit
verbose. Users don't care that it's MagickWand (a particular programmatic API)
rather than (Image)Magick (the library in general) -- inasmuch as they care
about these toolkits at all -- and the long name makes the formatting for help
messages etc a pain.

Technically a file format change, as people may already have magick in
settings files, (in theory) savefiles, etc. But probably low impact.
