I am not a native English speaker, but it looks strange that the name
preceded of the number 0 takes the plural form, where the verb take the
singular. But maybe 'none' is a special case?

As a native English speaker, I'll say that 'none of the formats is' sounds
wrong, and 'none of the formats are' sounds right.
