Classic Ruleset
Version 2.5.5
Help says:
Library: Increases the science output in a city by 100%.
University: Together with a Library, a University increases
the science production of a city by 250%.
Isaac Newton' College: Boosts science production by 100%
in every city you control that has a University.
Read:
library gives plus 100% of base science level
library+university gives plus 250% of base science level
library+Newton's == library
library+university+Newton's gives plus 600 %
I think help is wrong, in grammar and in logic.
It is defined (or it should be as I think):
library gives plus 100% of base science level
library+university gives plus 200 % of base science level
library+university+Newton's gives plus 300 % of base science level.
In factors, that is:
library: times 2
library+university: times 3
library+university+Newton's: times 4
of base science level.
I don't know how it really should be, but this (above) is what I get indeed.
Attached game with all libraries, universities and Newton'College wonder
Selling universities cuts the sciece to the half. Selling libraries next turn
cuts the science to the half, again. Can't test Newton's seperately, because
wonders can't be sold. Maybe you can, by means of edit.
