Follow-up Comment #1, patch #1232 (project freeciv): updated version (radius_sq, rebased) the migration distance is calculated relative to the current city radius; a value of 0 means the city radius = sqrt(radius_sq) is used. mgr_distance lowers or raises this value. (file #6949)
