Noticed also that while base type help as all the code required,
it doesn't have entry in helpdata.txt meaning it's not used at
all.
Sorry, It's there under terrain alterations, indentation level 2.

As I already mentioned in patch #3469, as gtk+ 3.4 is the target, grids should
be used instead of tables - in such simple case, there's very little
difference API-wise.
