Follow-up Comment #4, patch #5356 (project freeciv): -- This also prevents those he share research with from getting two -- free advances from building Darwin's Voyage them self. ...and _that's_ why we can't use a player-ranged surviving-small-wonder effect (that we've had since bug #17463) instead of Theory of Evolution.
