Details:

There'll be a 2.4.3 release soon -- currently I'm aiming to release the
tarball on Tuesday night (12th).

The tearing hurry is to try to meet the Ubuntu release schedule (and also get
it into the next Debian), so Windows packages can wait a little while if a
midweek release is inconvenient.

Don't think we've any special Windows build requests this time; I don't think
anything's changed since 2.4.2 wrt Gtk bugs and so on.
