Hi all,
The second beta of Freeciv is now available. It fixes a number of bugs
from the first beta, mainly those related to rules and game-play.

Here's a quick status report: At the time of writing, we have 11 open
bugs and 1 open patch targeted for 2.2.0.
Next target date for a beta release is January 10. Given that enough
fixes have gone in, that is. :)
