Please do NOT create more restrictions to unit movements! The current one (no
mil units inside peacful nation's borders) is already ruining part of the fun
in LT games. IMO beign able to violate your neighbour's rights without
declaring a war

trunk. Then it overwrites all the settings you have set in the instruction
file.

I think ` (a grave accent) is ok anywhere. IIRC we had to remove some
non-ASCII apostrophes from translated strings a couple of weeks ago, though.
As for the warnings this patch fixes: Gettext gets noisy when a regular
apostrophe - ' - is used
