Fortunately my father speaks M4, and he was able to add in the necessary
functionality. He had to shuffle some original lines around before it even
made sense, though. Therefore the attached patch will be larger than
indicated by the roughly
Main cazfi.net server is being replaced. Stuff is being moved from old
server to new one. This includes some freeciv related stuff.
Most importantly nightly build tests with fullmoon are in transition.
Hostname 'build.cazfi.net' has already been updated to point to new
server on my DNS, and this
