That makes a nuclear war far less terrific, then it should be. So here, in the patch, small and big nukes are introduced. - small nuke. The same cruise missile with warhead. Destroys target in one hit, produces a square of fallout, harms population a bit. - big nuke. 3x3 terraforming to warmer_dryer, city improvements destruction, severe population loses.
