I am using the windows GTK client.  I found this in 2.1.0, and didn't see it in 
the changelog for 2.1.1, so I assume it hasn't been addressed yet.

When trying to pillage one of my own tiles to remove a road, and there is 
irrigation/farmland/mine on the tile as well, the game presents a dialog box 
asking which infrastructure to remove.  The first option is always 
Irrigation/Farmland/Mine, and the second option is road, third option is none.

If I choose road, the box closes, and nothing happens.  If I choose The first 
option, a little Pg will show up next to the unit and that infrastructure will 
be removed by next turn.  When there is  only 1 infrastructure, the Pg icon 
always shows up and no dialog box is displayed no matter what infrastructure is 
on the tile..  road, farmland, irrigation or mine..

So as of now, if I want to remove a road from farmland, first I have to remove 
the farmland, then irrigation, then the road.  Then re-create the farmland..

I loaded a save game from 2.1.0 into 2.1.1, and the bug still shows up.  I 
haven't yet started a pure 2.1.1 game yet to see if the server version makes a 
difference..
