All move of the triremes are possible in the sea. I don't know what is
wrong exactly, but it makes user losing their triremes in high sea.

  Which branch? Correct behavior differs between S2_1 and TRUNK.

 Trunk (at least) is broken, but that's not problem in goto. Triremes
should not be able to leave coast at all, but currently they sometimes
can (no matter if you move them manually or by goto)

 This 'not leaving coast at all' was supposed to be temporary solution
until deep sea types are in use. They are now, but trireme behavior is
not changed (just ruleset change required, patch somewhere in RT).
 This doesn't change the fact that there appears to be bug in code
checking move legality.
