Since we're maintaining a large volume of technical documentation in both doc/ and the wiki, we have an issue with keeping them all in sync. I suggest we reduce the amount of documentation in SVN to a minimum and maintain only the README and its translations here. Anything else could be generated from the corresponding wiki articles if needed.
