Attached a patch against S2_1 which updates Stock Exchange help (benefit is only 50%, not 100% as I said, as Bank by itself has no effect.) The bug name should be changed, but I don't think I can do it. Follow-up Comment #2, bug #13654 (project freeciv): I hadn't thought of that. I had assumed that it was not possible to have the building without its prerequisites, but I don't see any restriction in the code enforcing that; AFAICT it's perfectly possible to raze, sabotage, or sell a prerequisite. So I retract my patch. However, Research Lab was made to depend on the presence of a University some time ago (r8580, PR#10364, apparently), so this statement is unhelpful. The attached patch removes the statement from the help. (I note that effects.ruleset still separates the effect with a Library -- effect_research_lab -- and University -- effect_research_lab_1.
