Details:

When you issue a danger goto via the client (pf_danger_map), it usually
finishes on inifinate loop if your unit start on a "dangerous" tile.

The problem is that I changed the code to that the start tile can be also
considered as dangerous, but the function pf_danger_map_get_path never
returned a valid path to reach the start tile (a path of length 0) that the
client requiers to work proprely.
