Follow-up Comment #2, bug #15592 (project freeciv):

I have another interpretation: 'classic' as in Civ1 style overhead, as
opposed to 'isometric' or 'hexagonal'.

I think that word is used to mark that the scenario is Freeciv standard, not
a custom one.
