I'm ok with hard coding, as long as its some sort of logical order. eg,
f1-f12 tabs appear in the order f1-12 :)

Many reports in the Gtk client tear off into separate popup windows when
you double-click on their titles. You can restore them to their original
position by closing this window.
Whole areas such as the message/chat area can be torn off with
