Follow-up Comment #1, bug #1 (project freeciv):

Fix attached:
* Remove the translation mark for the meta message because it never
translated.
* Remove the usage of Q_() totally wrong here because:
** It is not a qualifier translation.
** We are not sure the string returned by get_meta_message_string() is the
one we set with set_meta_message_string(), so no evidence it can be
translated.
