Same issue as bug #20008. Also the other one is the newer ticket, it has an
explanation, so I'll close this older one as a duplicate.

Details:

The amplio2 tileset has prio 30, the amplio tileset has prio 20. Despite
this, the amplio tileset is what the (gtk2) client is loading by default.
