Details:

Building advisor uses knowledge that player should not have.

For calculating value of different defensive buildings, it uses threat values
calculated by adv_data_phase_init(). These threat values are calculated by
iterating through all enemy units, also thouse player should know nothing
about, to see what kind of threats there is.
