- Considering "Manual Turn Done in AI Mode" option. It's broken in other ways,
but let's still make this code correct.

Follow-up Comment #1:

The message was omitted from global observers only.

Attached fix makes it omitted from all observers and also when the player is
ai controlled.

Details:

While observing player with SDL-client, it still displays "End of Turn /
Press Shift+Enter" as I could do that.
