Details:
Separate part of bug #20705: When a transporter with cargo goes out of sight
(unit_move()), these assertions fail for cargo units. The server doesn't tell
the client about their move because the client is not supposed to see them. It
removes them correctly in client side, except the client requires the cargo to
be at same position than its transporter. Fix attached.
