Follow-up Comment #1, patch #1524 (project freeciv): Updated patch, changes: + Updated error handling. Partisan unit is now checked by SCRIPT_ASSERT in place_partisans in the API. + Both winner loser get a Partisan event message. This script should work with all rulesets. A ruleset without partisans simply never activates the Inspire_Partisans effect.
