Now that there are so many nations, it would be very useful some kind of
Custom group where you can pick manually the nations you want to see in
your games.

Details:

Renaming the 'Fictional' nation group as 'Imaginary' would make it fit better
with certain nations that are based on 100% real-life entities but that are
neither ethnic nor nationalistic: 'European', 'UN', 'Esperant', 'Knights
Templar', etc.
