Andrzej, You can download an excellent and Free text editor for Windows at http://notepad-plus-plus.org/ It would help us a lot of you could use this text editor instead of Notepad/Wordpad when you edit Freeciv ruleset files. Follow-up Comment #2, patch #1938 (project freeciv): The Unicode in this ruleset is well displayed by the game. The names of cities and leaders come from wikipedia in the Navajo language.
