Follow-up Comment #2, patch #2373 (project freeciv): This causes changes in autogames, but I debugged it down to legitimate reason. If most wanted building is tie between some wonder and coinage, previously wonder was chosen and with patch coinage. Reason for this is that buildings are iterated
