Details:
There is some support for having separate verb-like activity name for road
building, but currently those verbs are identical to road names. They are
not even qualified strings, so they cannot differ even in translations.
I was about to extend that (to make them qualified strings at least) but when
I looked matter more closely I decided that it's better to remove even
existing support for these verb-like words. No other infrastructure building
activity has anything similar, so really having anything but names of the road
types there would be just inconsistent.
Attached patch removes that existing road_activity_text() stuff.
