Follow-up Comment #1, patch #4146 (project freeciv):

Not moving the anti bribe effect or the anti bribe unit flag to keep as much
of old behavior as possible. If someone think I should retire
EFT_UNBRIBABLE_UNITS and/or UTYF_UNBRIBABLE please let me know.
