Follow-up Comment #1, patch #5074 (project freeciv):

- Updated against updates to dependency patches
- Simplified gtk-clients fortress building callback to simply call
key_unit_fortress() as that's the only functionality it needed (and
implemented) any more when fortifying is not part of it any more
- Updated README.ruleset_experimental as compared to classic ruleset
differently set "Cant_Fortify" flags make a difference now

Details:

Remove hardcoding that "Settlers" always have "Cant_Fortify". Gtk-clients have
support for this by having menu entries for Fortifying and Buildinf Type A
Base separately, and keys changed so that:

f -> Fortify
f -> Build Base A
e -> Build Base B

Note that this frees plain "e" key.
