Tried touch api.pkg
Tried rm api_gen.*
make clean && make failed in the same place.
But I think I found another problem:
trunk/dependencies/tolua/tolua:2117: output('#include "tolua++.h"\n\n')
It might be simpler to rename it back to tolua++.h and be done with it!
There are 19 occurrences in 10 files. (Some are documentation.)
