Anyway, this URL 
'http://bugs.freeciv.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=39722' that appears on 
top of the message does not work.

OTOH, entering the ticket number on the ticket list page now 
works... some progress... ;-) Thanks for fixing this...

I use report bug interface when I post a patch.
