When logged in to RT as guest, there is a box in the middle of the dark-blue area at the top, which says "Guests should email [EMAIL PROTECTED] to create tickets". It's in an html span element with class "topactions" There is also in the top left of the screen, "send email to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>", but I missed that.
