Yes, unless those gna.org download speeds improve drastically, I say
we distribute all releases on SF.

In order: I don't know, and I don't think so. This is clearly not an

For highly demanded downloads (Freeciv releases) there's still our
SourceForge page: http://sourceforge.net/projects/freeciv/

Apart from this, is it possible to create subdirectories at gna.org
and can non-privileged users upload files like they can currently do
with FTP incoming?
