Currently EMM386 isn't complete - there are no working build batch
files, so only you yourself may compile EMM386 (and check result).

No, that's the GPL. The LGPL explicitely permits static links to
the library for all applications.

release FreeDOS 1.0, but otherwise I was finished with the design.

is an updated BASE CD-ROM ISO. Hopefully, the bugs that plagued users
of the last distribution should be gone, and I would greatly
appreciate testing from ones where it mangled the former contents
