Hi all, I've read the announcement about the updated FreeCOM prerelease but couldn't find the Turkish translations in the tarball of freecom-com084pre4 (in the strings directory). Also, the French translation contained in the tarball seems to be fairly old, whereas a newer and updated version is available. You can grab files for both languages from <http://freedoslocal.sourceforge.net/>.
