The tool uses DJGPP stub, so I highly doubt it will run under a 16 bit real
mode CPU.

...and indeed, trying to run it ends up with an immediate error message:
Load error: no DPMI - Get csdpmi*b.zip
Hence this is definitely not a 16-bit application.

You can build up almost perfect "clones" in software with PCEm virtual
machines, though they are hard to set up (find the ROMs, does not look
straight forward on first look, ...)
But once it's set up you can choose from a big variety of chipsets,
BIOSes, CPU, video cards, sound cards, RAM, d

It would be interesting what is your tool able to do on something like a
pentium 133/64mb RAM and a 386/8mb RAM, but right now I can't test.
Maybe you can say from what you know about the internals of your software.

Hi,
1) concerning Shapix, yes, shapix (executable file) should be in a new
redistribution or repackaged form.
But modifying the copyright (exe file only) *is not available*. The BMP
demo file (riad.bmp) is also under a copyright. (see legal stuff on the
website shapix.org for more)

It is unclear from the license if it allows redistribution. And if so,
can it be in a modified (repackaged) form? Could you clarify?

Hi,
I just like to tell you about Shapix, this is an new graphical application
running under Windows, Linux, FreeBSD and *FreeDos (16bits)*.
The objective of the software is to increase quality of BMP pictures (may
options are available) in command mode.
The first US version of Shapix was created
