Hello Bernd, try 2035 + freecom 0.82pl3AK + DOS=HIGH,UMB + MS-HIMEM for example..crash after the created nn buffers in HMA this is long before freecom gets loaded. as 2035 works beautiful everywhere, there's probably something special in your configuration, that you didn't tell us. tom

Guys, sorry for blaming the HTMLHELP project, but this was the program which demonstrated the crashing. I don't know what exactly it is, but: MSkernel + FreeCOM XMS-swap don't show the crash Freedos kernel + FreeCOM non-XMS swap +DOS=HIGH does not show the crash FreeDOS kernel + FreeCOM xms-swap
