1) How do you enter "ã"?
2) Is that a separate key on your keyboard?
3) What does

produce, when you hit that key or key combo?

For the record:
Older VirtualBox versions (<6.0) should still run on Windows XP, but I
didn't try for myself.

By the way: Oldest version I have here is
`VirtualBox_1.5.6-1_Win_x86.msi` from 2008. It's only 18 Mbyte in size,
while v5.2.44 is 105 Mbyte.
