SEnd the mail at Jan Patera patera<at>pictview.com In attachment the mail snip--- Hi Roberto, Unfortunately the question is not whether I *want* but whether I *can*. It has been years since PictView for DOS was successfully compiled last time. It has been years since my DOS machine died. About releasing source code: it contains a lot of know-how and most of it is used in today's commercial (non-DOS) versions of PictView. Plus there are many licensed (paying) users of PictView, including the DOS versions, that prevent me from releasing the source code public. However, after several years of being very busy, I should have plenty of time in late summer. I will try to resurrect PictView for DOS, time to time I receive requests for it. I will keep you posted. -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Pictview-for-dos-%3A-ask-new-version-to-author-tp18153353p18153353.html Sent from the FreeDOS - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Check out the new SourceForge.net Marketplace.
