Low-level formatting is really only a hard disk thing -- and an old

A piece of your FreeDOS system is attached to my motherboard's
CD-ROM and I tried other day to format a new floppy by using format A: /S and
I got the message error code : 513 I Know that I need to type such command
(FORMAT A: /S) but it failed. And now?
