In Linux, you can insert a blank floppy in the
first drive and issue the command:
dd if=???.img of=/dev/fd0 bs=512 count=2880
from the comman line, where ???.img is replaced by
the name of the img file you are using.

on a dir, then i mcpied its contents to a disk, but
the disk couldn't boot
i guess mounting and copying is not the proper way...
