There does not appear to be any documentation with this program.  However,
I assume that it either only works with FreeDOS, or it does not work with
the DOS under Windows 98.  Is that right?
 
I attempted to use it under Win98SE DOS, and it would not even work with
programs that will run under that DOS, much less on the ones that were not
working.
 
The command line I used was:
 
CALLVER 6.22 <program>
 
It always gives "Incorrect DOS Version," even on programs that would work
otherwise.
